Dekkamann History

Dekkamann was started by John Craiggs and Sue Matthews as a joint venture to supply the middle stream of the music industry with cost-effective travel. Both company directors enjoy not only owning the sleepers but also driving them combining the 2 passions they both share. John who has been brought up around coaches and is living the dream of running a company. Sue (a Yorkshire lady) has always been in the catering business so (so if any tours need a good home cooked meal then sue the one you need) with Sue’s brains and John’s knowledge this is how they have got to be well respected in the sleeper community. 

Our Services

We offer 12,14,16 and 18 Berth Sleeper coaches. All equipped with two chill out lounges, Kitchen, dvd players and all the lastest modern technicaly facilites. 'Our sleeper coaches are of a high standard and our driven by professional drivers.

Our sleeper coaches are designed to help bands tour in style and comfort, so they can bring rock to there fans all over the UK and Europe.

Corporate Coaching Services

We also have available a 16 seat corporate coach with black leather reclining seats, tables, DVD player, kitchen equipped with microwave, kettle, fresh coffee machine, and 240v power and bathroom. Transport your special clients in style.

 

At Dekkamann we own, maintain and operate a stunning fleet of sleeper buses from our base in the North East of England.

Our fleet are known and loved in the music industry; our aim is to get the artists, bands and crew to the venue safely, on time and in comfort.

We provide vehicles and services for tours, festival work and promotional tours.

Our aim is to provide a good service and help tour managers, and managers to complete their tour successfully.
